CrossRoads Youth and Family Services, formerly Youth Home of Victoria, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation licensed by the State of Texas to provide Emergency Shelter and Prevention Services to abused and at-risk children and youth. CYFS services include Emergency Shelter for abused boys and girls ages infant through 17 years, Family Preservation services through our Services to At-Risk Youth program (STAR) for children ages infant through 17 years, Emergency Shelter and Transitional Living services for runaway and homeless youth ages 16 through 21 years and Preparation for Adult Living (PAL) services for youth aging out of the foster care system. We have been a Community Partner for 35 years, “Building Lives…Caring for Children and Families”.
