Tender Loving Care

Tender Loving Care (TLC) is dedicated to assisting needy families in the Victoria area by providing an affordable, quality developmental childcare center for children with emphasis on children with special needs. The agency serves many families that are not able to access, or do not qualify for available programs, but are in desperate need of childcare assistance. The primary focus is on providing these children with a safe and secure setting where they can grow and develop in an environment that nurtures their bodies, minds, and spirits.
